Woke up and had a flat tire 🙄
I started thinking about changing the tire and trying to fix it myself.
I’m still in the mindset of doing everything myself to save money or avoid bad service.
After failing to loosen the nuts, I decided to try pumping up the tire to see if it would hold some air—and it did.
So, I drove off to find one of the local “vulcanization” services.
There was one behind a fuel station, so I asked the guys what they would charge to fix the tire for me.
C$60 (USD 1.65).
It took about a minute to pull a nail out, insert the rubber seal into the tire, then they topped up the pressure on all four tires.
No paperwork. Just get the job done and hand over the cash.
Unreal—fast and friendly.
Felt more like a pit stop.
